The VUUNAA Founders Day Meeting will be held on Friday, February 5th at 5pm. 

As this meeting will be held virtually, please review the following information prior to the meeting: 

• To participate in voting, you must connect to the video using their computer. However, you can connect to the audio using your computer or your telephone. • The meeting will be moderated, so everyone's line will be placed on mute. To be recognized by the chair, you will need to raise your hand and wait to be acknowledged. You can find this feature by clicking on "Reactions" in the Zoom toolbar. Those who have raised their hands will be acknowledged by the meeting moderator in the chat window. Please wait until you hear that your line has been unmuted to state your comment or ask your question. 
• When it is time for someone to give their report, their line will be unmuted so that they can give their report. If you'd like to ask a question or make a comment, you will need to raise your hand to ask a question. 
• Questions can be submitted via the Q&A box. The president and moderator will be able to view those questions. The president will address the question/comment or have the appropriate person address it. 
• Roberts Rules of Order (Newly Revised) will be in effect. 
• This meeting is open to financial members only.
